Springwood Library offers free study rooms for library members to book. You can reserve a room for up to 2 hours per day, up to 7 days in advance. If the rooms are available, they can also be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Terms and conditions apply, and bookings are recommended to ensure availability.

Study rooms can be used for the following uses by library members:

  • Individual or group study (up to 6 people)
  • Library activities and programs
  • School/education projects
  • Small community group meetings
  • Presentation practice
  • Literacy support

Study rooms are for community use only and are not for business or paid tutoring.

How to Make a Booking
  1. Ensure you have an Adult or Young Adult Library Membership.
  2. Create a booking online, by visiting or calling one of our library branches.
  3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions (see below).
  4. On arrival, secure your booking at the help desk and present your membership card.
  5. Use the room on the lower ground floor (next to the car park).
  6. Notify staff if you finish early or experience any issues.

 

How to Cancel a Booking

If you cannot attend, please cancel your booking online, by visiting or calling one of our library branches.

 

Terms & Conditions
  • Bookings must be secured within 15 minutes of the start time.
  • Cancellations should be made if you no longer require the room.
  • Rooms are free for Library Members and not for commercial use.
  • Junior Members (under 15) cannot book rooms, but a parent/guardian can book on their behalf and must stay with the child.
