If you are a local resident and you are unable to get to our Library branches due to frailty, illness, living with disability or caring duties we can deliver library items to your door for free. We deliver to private homes, retirement villages and residential care facilities.
Items are delivered once every four weeks and borrowers can either self-select, or let our Home Library Service Team choose for you, from a wide range of resources including large or regular print books, talking books, magazines, music CDs and DVDs.
To join the Home Library Service, you will need to fill in a Membership Form and have it signed by your health care professional, or NDIS/Residential care provider. You can return the form by post or have it dropped off at one of our branches. The Home Library Service Team will contact you as soon as we can begin delivering to you.
