Items returned in the return bin are processed just prior to opening and as overdue emails are sent at 6:30am you may receive a notice.
Someone else may collect your hold if they present your card at the library. Once reserved, a hold can only be checked out on the card of the member that requested it.
Items reserved by other patrons cannot be renewed or you may have reached the limit of 2 renewals per item.
Membership cards expire every two years to allow us to update any changes to your contact details. If your address has changed we will need to sight ID with the new address details before the membership can be renewed.
All work experience enquiries need to go via Blue Mountains City Council’s Human Resources department.
