A woman and a small dog pose next to a waterfall and pool at Mount Victoria. The location may be Fairy Dell Falls on the north side of the highway off Fairy Dell fire trail behind The Grange. The woman may be Caney's wife, Kate, who was a photographer in her own right. Their dog appears in other photos, its name is unknown at this time.

Summary
The photograph was taken by Katoomba photographer Albert Manning in the mid-1930s. It depicts the arrival in Katoomba of five young women from Leeton who were cycling from their home town to Sydney. Also in the photograph are (L to R) Jack Maddock, reporter on The Blue Mountains Times, possibly Bill Coventry, Speedwell's agent in Katoomba, Harry Drake, reporter on The Katoomba Daily, and Jim Tyley, linotype operator and part-time reporter for The Katoomba Daily. The identity of the young boy is unknown. The women are identified in the cutting as Misses Daisy Transton, Elma and Joyce Eurell, Molly Dunne and Beryl Burns (Byrnes).

George Druce was driver and photographer to the White Family The photographer's shop behind the car has a Harry Phillips advertising sign above the awning, he arrived in Katoomba in 1908. The shop on the right is the Crown Bakery, the large building at the rear is the Carrington Hotel. The car make is unknown.
