Scheduling tasks

When you schedule the interval when tasks run, you should take into account the number of changes made in your ILS against the total number of items to be indexed. A full index can take several minutes to several hours to run, depending on the size of your ILS database.

	When running a full index, you and all other administrators should not make any changes to any Enterprise system settings. Making administrative changes while a task is running can cause conflicts or undesired results.
