Internet and Email

Internet access is available at all Library branches using public computers and Wi-Fi. Use of the internet is in accordance with Blue Mountains Library’s Internet Acceptable Use Guidelines.
Access is free to library members. Membership cards must be presented.
Limited access is available for non-members for a small fee.
Computer bookings are limited to 90 minutes per day. Computer numbers may have been reduced in some branches to allow for social distancing.
Advance bookings are recommended for computer use during busy periods. Unused bookings cancel 10 minutes after scheduled starting times.
Persons under 15 must have Junior Internet Membership or be accompanied a parent or guardian to access the Internet.

Free Wi-Fi is available at all branches during opening hours. The Wi-Fi service ceases 10 minutes before branch closure.

Computers in all branches have Microsoft Word, Publisher & Excel and access to Google Docs and other online word processing applications. Bookings are advisable.

Black and white and colour printing from public computers is available at all branches for a small fee per page.
Printing over Wi-Fi is currently available at Katoomba, Springwood and Blaxland Libraries only

Black and white and colour, coin operated photocopying machines are available for public use at all branches.
