Art Classes With Naomi

 

Art classes are held at Springwood Library after school each Thursday during school term, 3:45pm - 4:45pm.
$7.00 per class / $60 for 10-week term, paid upfront. All materials supplied, 5-12 years and bookings essential.

Naomi

has worked as an exhibiting artist for over a decade, specialising in digital media, installation and a number of handicrafts. She has exhibited her artwork and collaborated with artists in both Australia and internationally, and has been an artist-in-residence at Arteles Creative Centre in Hämeenkyrö, Finland. She regularly presents workshops for children and teens at the Blue Mountains City Library, as well as a number of galleries, such as Penrith Regional Gallery and the Lewers Bequest.

As per Library Children’s Services policy, there are no refunds for prepaid term fees unless classes are cancelled. Afternoon snacks are allowed, as long as they aren’t hot/messy. Please remember to go to the bathroom before you arrive as it’s in another part of the building and children under 12 aren’t permitted to go alone. We ask that children attempt to finish artworks and pack up shortly after 4:45pm, in order for Naomi to clean and return the space to the original state.
